Our God watches from on high and He sees all that is happening on the earth, yet He withholds His hand.
No other god sent His Son to die for all humanity, no other god accepts such a sacrifice for all time. Jesus, His Son came to earth to show God's grace. No other God did that!
Jesus, therefore, could state: there is no other way that we can be saved, but by accepting Him as Saviour. He does not load us down with sacrifices other than dying to our own egos.
We like to think we are good enough, our actions redeem us, our self-righteousness is enough. However, Jesus is enough. This is the dying, the sacrifice we must make: not me but He! Amen!
