We should live in this world with wisdom, righteousness and devotion to God. Wisdom is found in scripture and the knowledge of God; righteousness is choosing to live right with God; and devotion to God will give all these attributes.
Worldly wisdom is not the wisdom of God; if we say I will do this or that and expect God to endorse it, this is not wise. Seeking godly wisdom is true wisdom. Only godly wisdom leads to life.
Self-righteousness is not godly righteousness. We are made right with God through faith in Jesus Christ.
Living right with God is living in Him, not ourselves . We do not call the tune, He does! Amen!
