A living, and holy sacrifice

“And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.”‭‭Romans‬ ‭12‬:‭1‬ ‭NLT‬‬

A living and holy sacrifice sounds worth exploring. The OT people presented living sacrifices, we are called to offer ourselves as living and holy. Holy means set apart. We are chastised to not live as the world lives, in getting and thinking of ourselves, but rather as servants of God. Asking what are you doing today Lord? What is on Your heart, instead of ‘give me, bless me.’

Our focus must be on the Kingdom and what God wants to achieve in this world. Where is the need, where are harvesters needed? 

Jesus spent time alone with the Father and was able to say, “I only do what I see the Father doing”.  What a testimony! Amen! How good is God!

What power Jesus displayed as a result of seeking the Father! How about it? Are you ready? Amen!
