“Jesus replied, “‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments.””

Jesus was asked what was the greatest commandment by a man seeking to trap Him. The man had to confess that ahe answered wisely. We see this in Mark 12:32, and Jesus said to him, “you are not far from the kingdom of God”( Mark 12:34)

So, if these two are the greatest commandments we would be wise to consider them. Loving God with my heart, soul and mind is with everything. If I love Him with everything then, I love my neighbours as myself.

When I return home to Australia I plan on doing housesitting jobs for accomodation. Two particular jobs that I applied for did not answer for the longest time, which was frustrating. However, I thought it through: anything can be going on right now in the lives of these people, be patient. One eventually responded to the negative. There had been someone before me. I had prayed that the Lord would provide the right place, my preferred place is still to respond.

Others have lives, complicated by circumstances and another timeline to mine. If God is in charge He will provide. Amen!
