Mocked

"He saved others, but He cannot save Himself! He is the King of Israel! Let Him come down now from the cross, and we will believe in Him. He has put His trust in God; let God rescue Him now-if He wants Him! For He said, "I am God's Son." Matthew 27:42,43

Jesus was being severely mocked by the hordes of Hell through the religious leaders. The demons were screaming at Him, dancing with glee, thinking they had won but the Father had a plan.

Have you been mocked? Is all that you are been ridiculed? Do you hear the Hordes of Hell railing against all that you believe?

If you have chosen to believe that God was leading you and you are standing against the weakness of man then you will be mocked. Anyone who raises their head and says, "no! I will not compromise!" "I will not walk the way of the world, I will not yield to sin." will be mocked!

If you refuse to 'go with the flow' you will be mocked. If you dare to believe God and step out in faith, you will be mocked.

Mockery is a tool of the enemy aimed at discouraging the saints and pulling them away from their Lord and their future. Mockery refuses to accept the authority of the word of God.

My bible tells me that Jesus 'set His face like a flint towards the cross.' He knew where He had to go and He went there because of you and I. He knew He was our redeemer.

Do you know that you are important to God, as you choose to walk in integrity you are speaking truth to your world. You are establishing the Kingdom of God on earth. In the Lord's prayer we pray 'may Your Kingdom Come, Your will be done.' It is done through us walking in obedience to truth, the truth of the Word of God. Amen!
