How Do I Love?

This is the message you heard from the beginning: we should love one another. 1john 3:11

What does love look like? 1Cor 13 tells me it believes all things; hopes all things; love is patient; love is kind; it does not envy; it does not boast; it is not rude and self-seeking; it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrong; it does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects. Always trusts, always hopes; always perseveres.

How you doing?not feeling like it? I don't see anywhere in the above that loophole.

Jesus taught his disciples to love those who had persecuted them, hated them, abused them.

This concept reminds me of my grandchildren playing with puzzles, some pieces just do not fit, often because they are upside down.

Love fits when placed correctly and without tags. Love fits neatly in grace.

The important thing then is to find grace for without it I am dangerous without grace I will hurt not heal, hate not love and use not release.

Happy hunting!
