....righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne. Psalm 97:2b
When you build a building you must put down the correct foundation or the building will fall down.
We all know this! We also know the times we have tried to take shortcuts and received a less than result.
However, the Lord's throne, which represents authority has to be constructed on the right foundation and we see here the foundations are righteousness and justice.
Would this be a good pattern to follow? Yes!
If I am to have authority as a leader then my position must be based on righteousness and justice.
How good is our God to not beat us into submitting to corrupt authority?
Children see through corrupt lordship and the modern youngsters challenge it. We don't have to challenge the Lord because His motive is pure and totally reliable.
I am safe with Him! Amen!
