A Holy Sacrifice

And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.

How do I dedicate my body to God? How do I become a holy sacrifice?

I must start with: we are not our own, we have been bought with a price, the precious blood of Christ.(1 Cor 6:19,20)

If I am not my own, then I cannot dictate what I put into this body, what I put this body through. If I think about it, all my lists must be subject to Christ, this includes food lusts, drink lusts as well as what my eye gates watch and my ear gates hear. These all mist bow to Christ. He is Lord of all!

This is how I worship Him. Amen!
