Jesus is enough

The Lord is my strength and shield. I trust him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving.

The joy of trusting the Lord is palpable. At times we have to press through the cloud of rubbish in our way to seek Him, He is still here.

Tonight I have connect group - bible study. This afternoon I rested and then decided to cook chocolate brownies, not an Australian treat. Wow! It is so strong it messed with my head.( that is what licking can do). The cocoa is way stronger than I am used to and it sent me sideways.

I put on a beautiful worship song 'I sing Jesus,' I put it on repeat. How beautiful! Jesus is enough and sure better than chocolate. His presence is more refreshing than coffee or sweets. He is definitely enough! Amen!
