listening

“I tell you the truth, those who listen to my message and believe in God who sent me have eternal life. They will never be condemned for their sins, but they have already passed from death into life". John 5:24 NLT

Jesus often said: he who has ears let him hear. This means that although we have ears we do not always listen. Listening is intentional. It take effort to listen. I can see people wander when their limit has been reached. It is often after  few minutes.

If we love someone we want to talk to them and have them talk to us. So, listening is one of the best ways to show our love. Amen!
