Have you ever rescued a small child from disaster by grabbing them from behind, clothes and all? This is what comes to mind when the Lord promises to hold us up with His victorious right hand.
Our God has won the victory over sin for us. We must trust Him and walk in the strength of what He has done. His strength is our strength.
Today we begin a fast at my church and I have a guest who refuses to fast for health reasons. This should be interesting. I am sure this is the case in many families. Mothers still have to cook for the children and if her husband works in physical labour he will need to be fed.
I am seeking many answers: timing, an outpouring of the Spirit, wisdom and self-control. Our country needs an awakening to God and my city needs the revelation of the sins of God.
My God constantly provides for me, He is good! Amen!
