Knowing the word of God, and listening to what it says helps it be stored in our hearts. Valuing the word of God about earthly affections also ensures it stays there.
We sin when we don’t hold onto the truth. Truth is found in the word of God. If we value it and read it to learn it is stored in our hearts.
When problems come, and they will, going to the word of God instead to worldly solution saves us and if we make this a habit it ensures we stay in the truth.
Store it, treasure it, put it first! Amen!
