My desire

“Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross.”Philippians‬ ‭2‬:‭7‬-‭8‬ ‭

My desire is to know the One who created all things and serve Him for all eternity. Whilst fleshly desires press me and people tug at my heart, my God woos me. He is worth all!

Last night I studied astronomy as I am conducting a presentation tomorrow night. The more I study Astronomy the more I desire to meet the Lord and talk to Him face to face. When I see the flowers and birds He created I am drawn to His beauty. His love is in all He has created. The fish in the sea also speak to me of Him.

How wonderful and amazing is our God! How glorious beyond words He must be. Praise Him all you heavenly beings and all creatures here below. Praise Him! He gave His all for me, I can give my all for Him. Amen!
