The Shepherd is in control, He owns the flock, He owns the paddock. I am not expected to be in control of anything but my reactions and trust.
A good shepherd knows where water is found, protection from predators, restful places to lie down, and good food are in supply. The sheep have no capacity to do all this. Just the same I have no capacity to control all that is in my life, but He does. Praise Him!
Today is a day to enjoy my Shepherd and trust Him! Amen!
