“You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.”Jeremiah 29:13 HCSB
This verse comes after a declaration that God’s people will be 70 years in exile. It goes on the promise that as the people seek God with all their hearts He would restore all that was lost.
There are times when we struggle to accept the status quo, however, struggling will not shorten it, worship and praise might, but there are times when the time is set.
I remember hearing about Abraham having to wait 20 years for his promised child to eventuate. I remember thinking I am not going to need to wait that long, I will do it differently, I didn’t. Twenty years is up.
I am now watching God move in wonderful ways. I will not stop Him or control Him. Go Lord go! Amen!
