God’s masterpiece

“For we are His creation, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared ahead of time so that we should walk in them.”Ephesians‬ ‭2‬:‭10‬ ‭HCSB‬‬

We are created to do something masterful in the kingdom of God. Yesterday I listened to a sermon which used this text. I am getting the message. I am God’s masterpiece for a work He knows is in my loins. He is sending me to do a work that He has chosen for me, a long time ago. He called me at age 4 to follow Him, and I have done, hungry for His presence.

Just as He called Abraham at 75, He is calling me at almost 70 to do His work in Nepal. I wonder what that looks like? I am about to find out.

Our God is the master-painter, He produces the best canvasses. I have just stored away all my artwork. Some is good some is average and some is ho hum. However, it is mine and was inspired by Him. His creation inspired me and His creation will continue to talk to me. I can trust Him for that.

My God is awesome, His works are all His creations, He is the best. I can work with Him and for Him. Amen!
