As a young Christian I would sing this verse, I think it was a good way to learn and reaffirm the scripture in my spirit. Today I awake to an almost empty house. I still have my bed and one chair. Today I will sell more. Meanwhile I clean walls and encourage my dog who is perplexed and confused by all the coming and going. Fortunately he is going to a loving home, probably at the end of this week.
I go to bed stiff and sore and wake alive and strengthened. Praise God for a new day! I praise God for His Spirit! Amen!
