Worthy

“Therefore I, the prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk worthy of the calling you have received, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, accepting one another in love, diligently keeping the unity of the Spirit with the peace that binds us.”Ephesians‬ ‭4‬:‭1‬-‭3‬ ‭HCSB‬‬

Do you know the calling you have received? We are called to be children of God, co-heirs with Christ and His representatives here on earth. It does not matter if we are a retiree, or a child, or somewhere in between. We wear our representation like a person serving in the armed forces. We serve the king of kings and Lord of Lords.

As a child of God we have access to all of God’s arsenal and all His wisdom, His authority and all of His gifts. We must believe we have these and walk in them. The more faith we apply the greater the boldness to do exploits for the Lord.

When Paul exhorts us to walk worthy, do you understand now? The world is gobsmacked that Prince Harry is not walking worthy of his place in the royal family. He is shaming himself and his family. Let us not do the same! Amen!
