“It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it.”
Isaiah 55:11 NLT
The verse before this one indicate what it is referring to:
““The rain and snow come down from the heavens and stay on the ground to water the earth. They cause the grain to grow, producing seed for the farmer and bread for the hungry.”Isaiah 55:10 NLT
In fact this chapter invites the deaf to hear what God is saying. The deaf are those who do not listen. This same chapter talks of God’s ways being higher than our ways (v 8), and offers an invitation for us to seek and find God’s ways. A promise of food that satisfies is here.
Two chapters before Isaiah speaks about the Measiah Jesus suffering for the sins and sicknesses of mankind. The Messiah did come, first to make a way to the Father and be cleansed from our sin. He was the perfect sacrifice. When He returns He will come as king and will rule for 1,000 years on this present earth.
Come Lord Jesus!
