Listening

“And the Lord came and called as before, “Samuel! Samuel!” And Samuel replied, “Speak, your servant is listening.”1 Samuel‬ ‭3‬:‭10‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Samuel was a boy when God came to him and called him. He did not know it was God calling him, he thought it was Eli the priest. Eli tweaked that it was God and told him to answer just as he did above. God then told him the future of Eli and his sons. It was not good and Samuel was frightened to repeat it but Eli insisted. Eli accepted his fate.

God once gave me a vision whilst in America. It troubled be until I wrote it down. He then had me write to a pastor in America and send him the vision. I thought this was nuts. I did not hear from that pastor but I was obedient. I am watching that vision unfold.

I also had a vision for Australia after returning home. I am watching that vision come to pass. 

When I had been in America I had visited Toronto Airport church and Pensacola. Both I loved. Before we left for Australia we visited friends in Houston Texas. That is where I had the vision concerning America. It dealt with the complacency of the church in most of the country.

I had grown up in a Catholic Church and have many relatives who still call themselves Catholic. Basically they believe they are safe and going to heaven because they are Catholic not believing in Jesus as saviour. My vision for America was how its people thought they were safe because they had ‘in God we trust on the money’. God shows me what a thin platform they stood on whilst fires were below. Their heads were turned away from the truth. They had false security. God wanted them to believe in Jesus for their security and a Jesus alone. He said a time was coming when they would be ruled by another.

For Australia I saw that we would be threatened by a northern power. As the vision was in the 90s I assumed it would be Indonesia, now I know it is China.

Only prayer and repentance can change the outcome of the visions. Amen!
