He can

““ ‘If you can’?” said Jesus. “Everything is possible for one who believes.”Mark‬ ‭9‬:‭23‬ ‭NIV‬‬

These words were spoken by Jesus to a father of a demon possessed son. All the child’s life he had been troubled by this spirit that constantly abused the child by throwing it into fire. The child had not known freedom. The father had probably tried everything to see His son free and had brought him to Jesus’ disciples, who also could not set him free. The father response to Jesus’ words above were: “ I believe, help my unbelief!”

Many who have struggled with disease for years can identify with this man. Yet, an encounter with Jesus sets them free. Being in an atmosphere of faith is all that is needed.

Seeking freedom, seeking Jesus and His power today. Amen!
