Our struggle

“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”Ephesians‬ ‭6‬:‭12‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Our enemy works hard to convince us that the problem is ours, that we are a failure and are defeated. If we fail to listen to the Holy Spirit then we will fall for the lies. Our challenge is to keep our eyes on Jesus and to stay in the zone of His power that is at work in us.

When Jesus was facing Pilate and declaring that He had spoken the truth, Pilate said, “what is truth?” He represents what is typical in our world today. Satan questions truth at every turn. We must know Jesus as our way, truth and life.

We know truth as we stay in the word of God. His word corrects us, keeps us and carries us. There is no truth apart from God’s word. Amen!
