Do you know how to capture your own thoughts? Or do you let your mind fill with all manner of junk? Who writes the narrative? Do you allow your mind to think it is in charge? Or do you capture it, and make it go where you know it is right to go?

If you can master your own mind, then you can help others to master their minds. This scripture talks about helping people to capture their rebellious thoughts, and make them go where Christ would have them go. Remember, if you are unable to control your own mind you have buckleys and none telling others how to do it(Aussie slang- no way Hosea!)
