Everyone!

For everyone who asks and keeps on asking receives; and he who seeks and keeps on seeking finds; and to him who knocks and keeps on knocking, the door shall be opened. Luke 11:10
The operative word here is everyone. It does not say the best looking, the smartest, the ones with the best families or the most money. Everyone means everyone, but it does indicate the character of the asker, they don't give up. God is interested in our character and our relationship with Him. He is not a grocery store proprietor who takes orders, He is a loving God who wants a relationship.
Laziness and self pity cannot reside in the heart of the tenacious, they don't like each other. Laziness and self-pity are like a wet suffocating blanket, whereas tenacity is like a sharp, flaming sword. Tenacity and faith reside together, they are into action, taking territory, never, never, never giving up.
We have to choose who is our Lord, who is stronger, what do we really believe?
As for me and my house we will serve the Lord! Amen!
