Patience
James 5:7-8 (MSG) Meanwhile, friends, wait patiently for the Master's Arrival. You see farmers do this all the time, waiting for their valuable crops to mature, patiently letting the rain do its slow but sure work. Be patient like that. Stay steady and strong. The Master could arrive at any time.
When we do not see fruit of our labours we can uproot ourselves and rush off to a place that is not good for us.
Patience, waiting on the Lord's rain to do it's work is so important, especially, especially when we do not see the inkling of a result.
God is for me, who can be against me? I cannot be against myself I must trust the Lord and allow His full time to elapse.
The men of Judah came to Jeremiah and said 'tell us what the Lord is saying we should do and we will do it'. Yet when the word came to Jeremiah, 10 days later, they refused to listen and went their own way and into destruction.
The process of patience is painful, yet vital, it strengthens my trust in the Lord. My God has given me a vision and I must patiently walk it out and trust Him.
Lord thank you for now! Amen!
