Zechariah 6:12-13 (MSG) Be alert. We have a man here whose name is Branch. He will branch out from where he is and build the Temple of God. Yes, he's the one. He'll build the Temple of God. Then he'll assume the role of royalty, take his place on the throne and rule—a priest sitting on the throne!—showing that king and priest can coexist in harmony.'
I have just seen the Lord differently. He is natural yet God.
Forever I have rebuke myself for not being 'spiritual' enough and when those around me behaved naturally I shied away.
The above scripture talks about a king and priest dwelling together in the same body. This was Christ, this is me if I allow it.
Being afraid of my humanity and rejecting it because of sin is not on. My God will take me to embrace my humanity. I must enjoy it in faith.
As I lead my team my God is using me to despook and despiritualise and debunk the lies of the devil.
This is freedom indeed, I love it. I now like myself and enjoy my own company and I praise God for what he is doing in me. Amen!

Little Things Grow

The boy's mother said to Elisha, "as The Lord lives and you yourself live, I will not leave you. So he got up and followed her. 2 Kings 4:30 The Shunamite woman had travelled to Mt Carmel to find Elisha after the death of her son. Although Elisha had sent his servant Gehazi to the boy with his staff the woman had come to find Elisha and was not leaving without him. I like this lady's spirit. I am sure The Lord God Almighty also valued her heart. She had a heart for God and made room for Him in her world. Now, having lost her son she knew what to do: find Elisha and not let him go until he came to restore her son. What made the Shunamite woman believe that Elisha could raise her son? Was it the same faith that made her provide him a place to stay in her home? I believe it was God working in her life. I am grateful for her faith, I can read and be encouraged.
