Matthew 20:32-33 (MSG) Jesus stopped and called over, "What do you want from me?" They said, "Master, we want our eyes opened. We want to see!"
Oh that I might see. As I see more and more of God's nature, I understand His ways and His love for me. There is peace and contentment in knowing Him.
As I see things that once frustrated me lose their power over me. As I see I step into greater levels of faith and take more of mine in the Kingdom of God.
Understanding sets me free. I am happier, more fun to be around as I grow in understanding.
There is so much in God to be obtained, such a wealth of knowledge, so much insight, so much understanding.
I am smitten with a desire for more, more of God, more of the beautiful treasure He holds. I will never be content with a little of God.
Diving into God is like jumping out of an aircraft at 18,000 ft, scary but such fun. I know because I've done it.
I have had many adventures, flown in all sorts of aircraft, jumped off of cliffs with a parachute, dived the Barrier Reef, went white water rafting in Bali but the greatest adventure of all is diving into God.
Today, I want more. More of Him, more of His treasure. Amen!

Luke 4:9-11 In this third test Satan quoted scripture but Jesus knew His scripture and was not going to be deceived by his enemy twisting the truth. I am amazed at what Satan tempted Jesus with. He did not know Christ. He had succeeded in tempting the first Adam yet he was thwarted in this attempt. Little Things Grow

The boy's mother said to Elisha, "as The Lord lives and you yourself live, I will not leave you. So he got up and followed her. 2 Kings 4:30 The Shunamite woman had travelled to Mt Carmel to find Elisha after the death of her son. Although Elisha had sent his servant Gehazi to the boy with his staff the woman had come to find Elisha and was not leaving without him. I like this lady's spirit. I am sure The Lord God Almighty also valued her heart. She had a heart for God and made room for Him in her world. Now, having lost her son she knew what to do: find Elisha and not let him go until he came to restore her son. What made the Shunamite woman believe that Elisha could raise her son? Was it the same faith that made her provide him a place to stay in her home? I believe it was God working in her life. I am grateful for her faith, I can read and be encouraged.
