Keep Moving

Psalms 44:17 (MSG) All this came down on us, and we've done nothing to deserve it. We never betrayed your Covenant:.......
This is mistaken, immature moaning. I've been here but have realised my God is always here, just because my enemies come in like a flood does not mean he has left.
It depends what I look at, if I look at Him all is good, if I look at circumstances and measure myself against them I moan.
My bible tells me 'if God be for me who can be against me'. Is the word of God true? Yes! Then I believe it!
As I progress towards my goal, if I am fearful and looking around I am in dis-ease, I lack peace. However if I stay focused on Him, all things work out for good for me who loves Him, all things, all things.
By doing what I have planned to do, I move past all that comes against me, I must keep moving. Amen! Our God is marching on and I am in His army.

Little Things Grow

The boy's mother said to Elisha, "as The Lord lives and you yourself live, I will not leave you. So he got up and followed her. 2 Kings 4:30 The Shunamite woman had travelled to Mt Carmel to find Elisha after the death of her son. Although Elisha had sent his servant Gehazi to the boy with his staff the woman had come to find Elisha and was not leaving without him. I like this lady's spirit. I am sure The Lord God Almighty also valued her heart. She had a heart for God and made room for Him in her world. Now, having lost her son she knew what to do: find Elisha and not let him go until he came to restore her son. What made the Shunamite woman believe that Elisha could raise her son? Was it the same faith that made her provide him a place to stay in her home? I believe it was God working in her life. I am grateful for her faith, I can read and be encouraged.
