Steady

Isaiah 41:10 (MSG) Don't panic. I'm with you. There's no need to fear for I'm your God. I'll give you strength. I'll help you. I'll hold you steady, keep a firm grip on you.
Ever felt like a worm, out of your depth? I Do most of the time but I can trust the one who has made me to use me for His glory.

Exams have a way of showing you what you do know and what you need to improve on. Yesterday I had a day long exam that left me very much aware of my assets and liabilities.

In life we sit exams all the time, how we handle people, stuff, ourselves. Our integrity soon becomes evident, that's if we are observant, otherwise we play the blame game.

Today I am very much aware that my God knows who I am and as I face who I am in humility I can trust Him with myself.

I want to grow, to mature (well to continue doing so), to learn how to do life better. To do this I must stay humble or else I will trip over my attitude.

If I can stay humble then my God can use me to display His glory, if I get full of myself then all I become is a noisy gong and clanging cymbal.

Sometimes, to keep us humble, God puts us where we are out of our depth and need to cling closely to Him. So don't despair and throw in the towel if you are in over your head, don't panic, go to Him and see what He will do.

I love to watch God move. He, is a work of art.
