For This Purpose

"Behold my servant  whom I have chosen, my beloved with whom my soul is well pleased. I will put my spirit upon Him, and He will proclaim justice to the Gentiles. He will not quarrel or cry aloud, nor will anyone hear His voice in the streets; a bruised reed He will not break, and a smoldering wick He will not quench, until He brings justice to victory; and in His name will the gentiles hope." Matthew 12:18-21

The above was a prophesy about Jesus, taken from the book of Isaiah. I look at this and love my Lord for His personality. I look at this and know this is what Christ in me wants to do in my world.

The heart of my God is towards the lost, He loves them and wants them for Himself, for all eternity. I am His hands and feet, I am blessed to share such a nature.

Jesus had no need to call attention to Himself, for Himself. He called all men to Himself so that they might experience the Father.

Jesus did not let ego get in the way, He did not do the ministry for a selfish need of glory. Our God is a jealous God and the glory is His.

Souls are in my world so that they might find Him, not a goody two shoes, a self-made god, or prophet. I am here for one purpose and that is to show Christ, I do that as I become transparent, take down the shades, I do that as I keep myself from the lusts of the world.
