Confession
But I am like a flourishing olive tree in the house of my God;
I trust in God's faithful love forever and ever.
Psalm 52:8
This a Davidic psalm. The first seven verses he pours out his angst against a man who betrays him.
Yet he knows where he stands, in the house of his God, trusting his faithful God forever and ever.
David pours out his heart to his God in a psalm. I wonder if he also complained loudly to his friends?
I know I can complain to friends and family but it is God who has the power over men's hearts, to resolve a matter.
I know that if I live in complaint then the matter goes unsolved but if I praise my God for the outcome it becomes solved in the heavenlies first then the natural.
I know that as I confess how I am in the courts of my God then I release Him to go into God mode, the realm of miracles, the world of power.
What will my confession be today? Life or death?
I trust in God's faithful love forever and ever.
