Praise

Send Your light and Your truth; let them lead me. Let them bring me to Your holy mountain to Your dwelling place. Then I will come to the altar of God, to God, my greatest joy. I will praise You with the lyre, God, my God. Psalm 43:3,4

Psalms 42 and 43 are co-joined, thang is they flow on together, psalm 43 does not have a heading, which the psalms usually do.

The tone of both psalms are the same: where are You God, my enemies are taunting me and I am so depressed. Yet, as with most psalms there is hope and an answer right there in the midst of all the turmoil.

My God wants me to know Him more and as I take my angst, my depression, my turmoil to Him, and wait, an answer comes.

His presence is where the answers lie, not in the darkness of depression, not din the mouth of enemies. Enemies taunt, only God heals and gives life.

His answers are truth and life to me. He is all I need! Amen!

The psalmist knows the answer, as do I. The psalmist praises God for who He is. Praise releases Him!
