Hope Continually

But I will hope continually and praise you yet more and more.psalm 71:14

My God has to be my source and supply.

Today I travelled to Wagga Wagga for an appointment and then on to Wodonga.

My appointment for tomorrow has been moved to Wednesday.

I am having delays of all sorts and stubborn medical records departments dragging their feet at sending on medical information. (4 months worth)
I became quite cross today and was ready to go to the hospital and make a complaint but could not find a park.

When I arrived in Wodonga I was still cross and had my hand on the doorknob going to my car to get something when the Lord whispered, 'look at Me, my timing is always right'.

Well it is I must agree! However, learning the tension about when to act and when to hold back for me is the greatest challenge. As a woman I have always held back but know now I have a business and I am wanting to be consistently diligent and not being afraid to confront.

Ever have these sort of days? Yes I thought you might!

Well, once again I have to lean on Him, give it over to Him and trust Him, and praise Him! Amen!

Little Things Grow

The boy's mother said to Elisha, "as The Lord lives and you yourself live, I will not leave you. So he got up and followed her. 2 Kings 4:30 The Shunamite woman had travelled to Mt Carmel to find Elisha after the death of her son. Although Elisha had sent his servant Gehazi to the boy with his staff the woman had come to find Elisha and was not leaving without him. I like this lady's spirit. I am sure The Lord God Almighty also valued her heart. She had a heart for God and made room for Him in her world. Now, having lost her son she knew what to do: find Elisha and not let him go until he came to restore her son. What made the Shunamite woman believe that Elisha could raise her son? Was it the same faith that made her provide him a place to stay in her home? I believe it was God working in her life. I am grateful for her faith, I can read and be encouraged.
