You are resplendent and majestic coming down from the mountain of prey. The brave hearted have been plundered; they have slipped into their final sleep.
None of the warriors was able to lift a hand.
At your rebuke, God of Jacob, both chariot and horse lay still. Psalm 76:4,5
What beautiful words! They stir up images of a mighty warrior God.
Our society loves movies about warriors and heroes, I wonder why? Is it because we have the best to gaze upon?
I want to see this God! I long for this God!
I had a good night's sleep and although I feel as though I have been hit by a train, after a coffee I feel much better.
Yet what gives greater life to these limbs that hang down is the word of God. Hebrews tells me to strengthen the limbs that hang down and this is what I know I must do.
In the night I had dreams. The Lord has a community project He wants me to undertake. Twice I woke from sleep and twice I had fresh vision, the pieces are coming together.
The is nothing better than a God impartation of vision to give life.
Today I must arise and visit relatives, one who is in hospital and one who has been and just lost a sister.
I cannot sit and cry in my pretzels as my God is moving and I want to walk with Him, for He is resplendent. Amen!
