The apostles had spent a time watching the master, listening to Him teach and quizzing Him in private. They had the best of the best.

I understand training: I trained my children, my grandchildren, my church members, my employees and now I am training clients.

I have a young planner learning the ropes in my business. I love to teach him and watch him develop, at times I must correct, but as time goes by I do this less and less.

As he grows in experience I give him more authority.

I am currently away on business and this young man is on his own. He will have to make decisions formerly he deferred to me. Some of these decisions will be wrong.
