New Year's Exhortation

Be at peace among yourselves. And we exhort you, brothers: warn those who are irresponsible, comfort the discouraged, help the weak, be patient with everyone. See to it that no one repays evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good for one another and for all.
Rejoice always!
Pray constantly.
Give thanks in everything, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.
Don't stifle the Spirit.
Don't despise prophesies, but test all things.
Hold on to what is good.
Stay away from every kind of evil.
1Thessalonians 5:13-22

Thanks apostle Paul! What an exhortation for this New Year, 2013.

At the end of each year I like to give thanks for all that has been; good and bad as my God uses it all for my good.

I thank Him for an opportunity to walk with Him another year and as I said to a friend the other day: 'things do not turn out how we think they will in our youth'. However, all things mould us and can prepare us for eternity.

May you see more of Him in your world this year and remember the above exhortation. Amen!
