My People
I will call 'Not my People', My People, and she who is 'Unloved', Beloved. And it will be in the place where they were told, 'you are not My People', they will be called 'sons of the living God'. Romans 9:26 (Hosea 1:10)
Tomorrow I begin another DivorceCare group. Again I have many non-Christians coming. I have been praying for them and for the Word of God captured in the DivorceCare material. This time I have faithful people praying for me, those that come and the word that is spoken. praise God!
The above scripture is prophesy from the Old Testament, the book of Hosea. Yet prophesy is 'living and active'. It is the word of God spoken to the prophet Hosea.
I love prophesy, I sense the living power of God, it is potent. Tomorrow I would see ' Not My People' become 'My People'.
In the gospels I see the love of God displayed in the actions of Christ, but the words He spoken are life and freedom.
God's word is living and active (Hebrews 4:12) sharper than any double edged sword, penetrating as far as the separation of soul and spirit, joints and marrow. It is able to judge the ideas and thoughts of the heart.
Join me in prayer for the lost! Amen!
