Salvation is My Prayer!

Brothers, my heart's desire and prayer to God concerning them (Israelites) is for their salvation! I can testify about them that they have zeal for God, but not according to knowledge. Because they disregarded the righteousness from God and attempted to establish their own righteousness, they have not submitted themselves to God's righteousness. Romans 10:1-3

 I know we'll what Paul is writing about. Growing up a zealous Catholic, going to mass by choice by myself, midweek as a primary school student, I was zealous.

 I only knew law and works and had to come to the end of them before I could understand relationship.

 I then knew I could not be good enough, for I failed, miserably. When He showed me my sin I wanted His peace and His presence.

 I am so looking forward to tomorrow. today The Lord led me to invite a man to DivorceCare. I have never had Him so interested in someone. this person I have prayed for, led by the spirit, many times. Today The Lord whispered to me: 'he will come, you don't know him like I do!' He is coming, by the way.

 I can't wait to see what He will do in the life of this man. What an honour to be involved!

 Do you hear? 'You don't know him like I do!' He, the God of heaven knows and cares! How cool is that!

 My hearts desire and prayer is for salvation, I live for this! Amen!

So he took Him to Jerusalem, had Him stand on the pinnacle of the temple, and said to Him, "if you are the Son of God, throw Yourself down from here. Little Things Grow

The boy's mother said to Elisha, "as The Lord lives and you yourself live, I will not leave you. So he got up and followed her. 2 Kings 4:30 The Shunamite woman had travelled to Mt Carmel to find Elisha after the death of her son. Although Elisha had sent his servant Gehazi to the boy with his staff the woman had come to find Elisha and was not leaving without him. I like this lady's spirit. I am sure The Lord God Almighty also valued her heart. She had a heart for God and made room for Him in her world. Now, having lost her son she knew what to do: find Elisha and not let him go until he came to restore her son. What made the Shunamite woman believe that Elisha could raise her son? Was it the same faith that made her provide him a place to stay in her home? I believe it was God working in her life. I am grateful for her faith, I can read and be encouraged.
