Sight and Blindness

Then Elisha prayed, "lord please open his eyes and let him see." So The Lord opened the servant's eyes. He looked and saw that the mountain was covered with horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.
When the Arameans came against him, Elisha prayed to The Lord, "please strike this nation with blindness." So He struck them with blindness, according to Elisha's word. 2Kings 6:17,18

Right vision sees what is invisible and blindness covers even what is natural.

Elisha saw in the Spirit. We need to see in the spirit. What is God doing? What is He saying?

We can, like Elisha, pray that we are delivered and that our enemies are blinded.

We hear many stories from the bible smuggling times when the bibles were not seen. There must be many such stories. The Lord loves to reveal His mighty acts to His believers and confound those who think they are wise.

He is at work, our job is to discover what He is doing and become involved. Amen!
