Christ Changes Things
The revelation of Jesus Christ that God gave Him to show His slaves what must quickly take place. He sent it and signified it through His angel to His slave John, who testified to God's word and to the testimony about Jesus Christ, in all he saw. The one who reads this is blessed, and the one who hears the words of prophesy and keep what is written is blessed, because the time is near. Revelation 1:1-3
Well like it or not we are slaves, slaves to the gospel of peace, slaves to the love of Christ or if we shun the gospel and walk away we become slaves to the flesh, either which way we are slaves.
If we take time to read this book of prophesy we are blessed and more importantly believe it and keep it we are doubly blessed. Eternity is coming and forever and ever and ever we will live out our choices. What will that look like?
John knew Christ intimately while He was on earth and he then walked with Him intimately when He had departed. John was a lover of God, a lover of man God's creation.
John made a choice. We must make a choice, daily. Who will we follow?
John testified to God's word and to all he saw. He loved the word and knew that Jesus was the word made flesh who dwelt among us.
What do you know? What is your experience of Christ? What can you testify to? What has Christ done in your life? Does your life reflect the hand of Christ or your hand? If there is no testimony invite Him in to create a testimony.
God is good and if allowed changes our world. Amen!
