When it was day, He went out and made His way to a deserted place. But the crowds were searching for Him. They came to Him and tried to keep Him from leaving them. But He said to them, " I must proclaim the good news about the Kingdom of God to the other towns also, because I was sent for this purpose" Luke 4:42,43

Jesus was up early to go and spend time with the Father. He knew He needed this, we need this.

The crowds were a typical crowd who were caught up in something and driven by it. They had found an incredible man who talked like no other, who showed them courtesy and respect and more importantly healed their diseases. It is highly probably that, true to the nature of 'the crowd' they were mostly spectators and not necessarily wanting to be disciples.

As any crowd of people, they wanted to keep what they had just discovered for themselves. Yet Jesus told them He had come to others also, He had a bigger picture than what the crowd would embrace or allow and He did what He saw His Father doing.

When God moves in our lives do we want to set up a tent and stay there? Probably! Yet Jesus wants to take us to all at He has for us. No boring life this, it is a life of adventure. Amen! Let Him loose and watch your world transform.
