Be Available

An angel of The Lord spoke to Philip: "Get up and of south to the road that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza." So he got up and went. There was an Ethopian man, a eunuch and high official of Candice, queen of the Ethiopians, who was in charge of her entire treasury. He had come to worship in Jerusalem and was sitting in his chariot on his way home, reading the prophet Isaiah aloud.
The Spirit told Philip, "Go and join that chariot."
When Philip ran to it, he heard him reading the prophet Isaiah, and said, "Do you understand what you are reading?"
"Hiw can I unless someone guides me?" he said. So he invited Philip to come up and sit with him. Acts 8:26-31

Philip was having a wild time in God. The Holy Spirit was having a wild time. Do you realise that the Holy Spirit has many such events planned if only He has a willing ear and an obedient heart in us?

Knowing Jesus as saviour is all we need when we come across someone who is hungry for more of God. A relationship is what the human heart longs for. The Holy Spirit chose Philip because: 1) he was willing; 2) available; 3) knew something about that exact same scripture the eunuch was reading.

You may have had a revelation about one particular scripture in the bible and that alone, but God can use it. Allow Him to use you, be available to feed hungry hearts anywhere, anytime. Amen!
