God's Endorsement

The Lord said to Moses, "I am going to come to you in a dense cloud, so that the people will hear when I speak with you and will always believe in you." Exodus 19:9

What an endorsement! God is bestowing honour upon Moses, declaring relationship and friendship.

If Moses was a friend of God what are we? We are joint heirs, family. Do we walk in this?

What does being a joint heir mean? I equally inherit the promises, I am equally loved, I am equally justified, declared righteous.

What is available for me? Jesus said to His disciples:" all that is mine is yours." So how do I appropriate it? By faith!

Faith is not arrogance, it is not wishful thinking but believing he word and expecting it's fullness.

Jesus paid the price, all is mine by faith and acceptance. Amen!

Today I  move house, another chapter begins, today I move into something new. Today I want to see the promises open before me. Amen!

Little Things Grow

The boy's mother said to Elisha, "as The Lord lives and you yourself live, I will not leave you. So he got up and followed her. 2 Kings 4:30 The Shunamite woman had travelled to Mt Carmel to find Elisha after the death of her son. Although Elisha had sent his servant Gehazi to the boy with his staff the woman had come to find Elisha and was not leaving without him. I like this lady's spirit. I am sure The Lord God Almighty also valued her heart. She had a heart for God and made room for Him in her world. Now, having lost her son she knew what to do: find Elisha and not let him go until he came to restore her son. What made the Shunamite woman believe that Elisha could raise her son? Was it the same faith that made her provide him a place to stay in her home? I believe it was God working in her life. I am grateful for her faith, I can read and be encouraged.
