Stay Faithful
For we have become fellows with Christ and share in all He has for us, if only we hold our first newborn confidence and original assured expectation firm and unshaken to the end. Hebrews 3:14
I remember the day I became born again. My life came alive and I began a new life.
I am ever mindful if Jesus' words to the church in Laodicea: 'I know your works and what you are doing; you are neither hot nor cold. Would that you were hot or cold! So, because you are lukewarm and neither hot or cold, I will spew you out of my mouth!' Revelation 3:15,16
Yuck! What an indictment! I don't want this fate.
I cannot deceive myself that these words do not apply to churches today, they do!
We are called to stay faithful (that means full of faith) to the end. It does not mean compromise until you are barely recognizable as a Christian. Come on church, wake up, shake up, break up the fallow ground.
