Pay Attention
"Pay attention to what you hear: with the measure you use, it will be measured to you, and still more will be added to you. For the one who has, more will be given, and from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away." Mark 4:24,25
I cannot go past this, it burns within me. Pay attention to what you hear, God is send wisdom out all the time, if we are listening we will hear a depth of Him we currently do not know. He speaks through many different avenues, be alert, listen, be in tune.
The best part about hear and learning is we can gain wisdom and insight, we get more. the worst part about not 'hearing' is we become dull, lose out edge and useless.
What dulls us? Useless use of our eyegate. What does this constitute? Rubbish, carnal literature, internet sites, movies, TV. I am not saying all are rubbish I mean keep away from the rubbishy ones. If we let our flesh dominate it will demand rubbish. remember garbage in equals garbage out!!!
I function best when I am in learning mode, I hate lazy mode. Even rest can be productive. While I sit here I will read this book, paint that picture, think through that idea.
