Perfect Healing

They came to Jericho. And as He was leaving Jericho with His disciples and a large crowd, Bartinaeus (the Son of Timaeus),  a blind beggar, was sitting by the road. When he heard that it was Jesus the Nazarene, he began to cry out, "Son of David, Jesus, have mercy on me! Many people told him to keep quiet, but he was crying out all the more, "Have mercy on me, Son of David!"
Jesus stopped and said, "Call him."
So they called the blind man and said to him, "Have courage!" Get up; He is calling for you." He threw off his coat, jumped up, and came to Jesus.
Then Jesus answered him, "What do you want Me to do for you?"
"Rabbouni," the blind man told Him, "I want to see!"
"Go your way," Jesus told him, "your faith has healed you." Immediately he could see and began to follow Him on the road. Mark 10:46-52

Body language tells a story. Bartinaeus was passionate about meeting Jesus and being healed. Never giving up, ignoring the naysayers, being persistent, jumping to his feet and hurrying to meet Jesus all talk of a man who was on a mission. The fact that Bartinaeus continued to follow Jesus showed his spirit was ignited and he was not going to give up.

In my times of determined desperation I have always found what I have been searching for in God, another portion of Him.

I have learned to be persistent and seek Him and allow Him to give me what He knows I need. He has restored my soul as I have yielded the how to Him. He surprises me with His gifts, they are the best. Amen! Always so refreshing, so yes and amen, so perfect. He heals the best, His  healing is complete in little pieces, little pieces of gold paper mâché. My form takes on a shape I would never have recognised but oh it is so good.

The healing Jesus gives is so, so good. Amen!
