Just Once More

Gideon then said to God, "Don't be angry with me, let me speak one more time. Please allow me to make one more test with the fleece. Let it remain dry, and the dew be all over the ground." That night God did as Gideon requested: only the fleece was dry, and dew was all over the ground. Judges 6:39,40

God was not angry with Gideon. This man had not led anything before and was having to grow into the 'mighty warrior' God had called him.

God is patient and kind and works with the willing heart. God takes the least and makes them great under His hand.

What has God told you He would do in you? He told me I was a woman of faith, long before I was and then set about crafting me into that very image.

Today allow God to be Himself and you be just who you are, raw material. He is the master potter, not you.

He uses the willing not the gifted or clever. I am still who I am and He is changing me on the inside. I still have the same nature and inclinations but yield them to Him. Amen!
