The Way of Bribery

By justice a king brings stability to a land,

But a man who demands "contributions" demolishes it. Proverbs 29:4

In Australia there has been much in the courts as politicians face corruption charges for taking "contributions." Whilst in some countries businesses are encouraged to donate to the political parties, in Australia it is seen as a form of bribery, with expected benefits.

All Australians are grateful that corruption is being rooted out of politics, we want justice and stability in our land.

There are many countries where bribery is a way of life, not here, not now.

I pray that we are cleansed of all corruption, however, realistically I know that without Christ's Lordship, even churches fail.
