Today I had an opportunity to speak to the three women who work for me about self-control in conflict. They listened. Praise God!
One of my girls is Spanish and she said she struggled with the Australian way of avoiding conflict. We then talked about how to deal with conflict correctly. I love my girls!
I want to open the doors to a long and healthy success for the girls. I am stepping out constantly and pray I do not jeopardise their futures.
Every time we have our weekly meeting I use a video clip of 'A minute with Maxwell.' John Maxwell has been a real blessing to our business and especially myself. We then discuss around the topic.
If I can teach the team how to walk humbly, with justice and mercy, then I will have succeeded. Self-control is one of the best assets a man or woman can have. Amen!
