The enemy coming against Judah was Babylon. God tells Habakkuk how arrogant they are but then tells him that His righteous one will live by faith. This verse Paul the apostle refers to in Romans 1:17. You could say that the message is still relevant today. Paul was stating that God's righteousness is revealed from faith to faith. In other words, live in faith. Faith is not a once in a lifetime thing, rather a daily, on-going thing.
The unrighteousness of the enemy is not an excuse to not live in faith. We must walk by faith. Faith produces the results, unbelief glues us in place with Kragle (Lego movie- Kragle is glue)
Faith is lubricant that keeps us moving.
